Are you ready to have the ultimate backyard bash or a community/school event? Well, you've come to the right place! At Bounce Guys, we've got everything you need to make your next event a blast! Here is a list of frequently asked questions.

1.Payment options? We've got you covered with online payments via our website. Transaction is through Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. We do not accept cash.

2. Don't have a PayPal account? No problem! You can easily check out as a guest and enter your credit card information.

3. Rental prices? We've got them listed online for your convenience. Just add the item to your cart and you'll see the breakdown of the tax, refundable damage fee and delivery fee.

4. Service area and delivery details? Check out our home page under "Order Online" to see if we deliver to your area. If you don't see your area listed, text/call at 226-641-0711 and we'll be happy to help.

5. Availability of specific castles? Just click on the castle you're interested in and check the availability using the red availability button.

6. Requirements for measuring gate width and backyard. Each castle will have specific requirements for gate width which can be found once you click on the castle picture (size category).Please make sure your gate is wide enough for our castle. We cannot squeeze a 500lb castle through a 30” gate. If you are unsure if one of our castles will fit, please call before placing your order online. Please also measure your backyard dimensions. We cannot put a castle over firepits. 226-641-0711.

7. Access and setup requirements? Make sure your driveway and walkways are clear of debris, cars, and garbage cans. Keep all dogs inside the house before we arrive, and please make sure the space is free of dog poop, sticks, and toys.

8. Arrival time and setup details? Summer is our busiest season, so we may need to set up at an earlier time than you expect. Our delivery crews will let you know the time of arrival the night before.

9. Our inclement weather and cancellation policy is as follows: We understand that cancelations can be disappointing, and we do our best to avoid them. However, for the safety of all involved, we may need to cancel an event if conditions such as winds over 25 km/hr, hail, lighting, or thunder are present on the morning of the event. In the event of a cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule your event within one year of the original date. Additionally, if you need to cancel your event for any reason, you will have the option to reschedule within one year of your original booking date, your deposit will not be refunded.

10. Refundable Damage Fee, what does this mean?It is in place to ensure that the bouncy castle is returned in the same condition as it was received. To avoid any charges, please ensure that the interior is swept out of all grass and debris, and if a water castle is rented, that the pool area is drained. Our staff will provide onsite instructions for proper drainage. Additionally, please ensure that the bouncy castle is inflated during the pickup inspection. Refunds for the damage fee will be processed within 72 hours of pickup and will be credited to the original method of payment used.

11. Foam Parties: At Bounce Guys, we provide everything you need for a fun-filled foam party. Each party package includes one foam machine and one packet of foam. For an even more extravagant experience, extra packets of foam can be purchased. Don't worry about having leftover foam, we'll happily buy back any unused packets. While the foam typically lasts for 90 minutes, during the hotter and drier months foam may not last as long, we suggest buying additional packets to keep the party going.Even the type of water will affect the foam longevity (well, city, hard water).

12. Cleanliness of the bouncy castle: The safety and cleanliness of our equipment is our top priority. By adhering to these rules, we can ensure that the bouncy castle is enjoyed by all in a safe and clean environment. Thank you for your cooperation. To maintain the integrity of the bouncy castle, we have established the following rules.

• No food or drinks are allowed inside the castle.
• Face paint, silly string, and jewelry are prohibited.
• Jeans with buttons must be removed before entering the castle.
• Only socks are allowed to be worn inside the castle, shoes are not permitted. Bare feet welcomed.

13. Water Castles/Dry Castles

At Bounce Guys, we are aware that during extreme summer heat, the tarpaulin of our bouncy castles can become very hot to the touch. To ensure that your kids have the best and coolest experience, we suggest renting one of our water castles. Please note that if you choose to rent a dry castle and the tarpaulin becomes too hot for your kids, it is strictly prohibited to add water to these castles. Any violations of this rule will result in a water fee charge and with hold your damage deposit.

14. What does a private event mean? A private event refers to the rental of any of our products for use in a private location such as a fenced in backyard, farm, or personal residential property. This means that we can set up any of our products in the specified locations for your private event.

15. What does a commercial event mean? A commercial event refers to the rental of our TSSA certified castles or games that can only be set up in certain commercial locations that fall under the jurisdiction of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority of Ontario(TSSA). These locations include townhouse complexes, condo complexes, parks, streets, churches, schools, municipal green spaces, vacant lots, baseball fields, and business lots. It's important to note that even if you're having a private event such as a birthday party in a park, it will still be considered as a commercial event, and you will have to rent a TSSA certified castle or game. Our regular bouncy castles are not permitted in commercial spaces.

16.What if it accidently rains and I rented a dry castle? Will I get my cleaning/damage deposit back?

In the event of rain on the day of your dry castle rental, you’re cleaning, and damage deposit will be returned to you if the castle is left in the condition it was received. Please ensure that the grass has been swept out, and any mud or debris inside the castle has been removed before our delivery crew arrive for pick up.

17. How long is my rental for period for?

Minimum rental period is 6hrs or you have the option of a full day rental which is 10hrs.
